Where It All Started

Today Karis Properties is a prominent and successful Real Estate Company. Betsie built Karis Properties on personal relationships, exceptional service, and the ethos to continually exceed client expectations. Her belief in conducting business with honesty, integrity, and respect and to grow through creativity and innovation had proven to be a winning recipe.

About Mike – Our Local Denver Expert

Mike Farr has been serving home sellers and buyers in the Denver metro area for over 25 years. Mike has extensive experience with all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including single-family and multi-family sales, new construction sales, corporate relocation, complex move-up transactions, vacation home sales, short sales and lease-option purchases.

With extensive knowledge of residential financing, Mike has structured many FHA, VA and down payment assistance transactions. His investment property experience includes fix and flips, buy and hold rental purchases, liquidating residential investor portfolios, 1031 exchanges, Self-Directed IRA purchases and bank-owned property sales. Mike’s advocacy and care for his clients are at the center of his consultative approach to home sale and investment property transactions.
